Dead end pipe leg - sludge, rust, lime scale

The same dead leg after three months of dispersant application and Merus ring installation. Dead leg's have no circulation or flow therefore Merus reaches all of the system.
  

Cruise Ship Condenser - lime scale build up

 
Lime scale build up on a ships evaporators.
BEFORE
Evaporators and lime scale build up were a major maintenance problem for one of the worlds best known cruise ships, the QE2. Four Merus rings were installed on feed lines to four evaporators.

The tubes are free of any scaling. There is no mechanical or chemical cleaning required anymore.
